The use of industrial burners mainly includes the following steps:

1. Pre-start inspection: Before starting the burner, it is necessary to ensure that the burner and its components are firmly connected without loosening and no change in position. Check that there is no oil leakage from the fuel container to the burner oil circuit and pipe fittings, and that the power supply is normal.

2. Self-test state: Open the oil circuit switch and power switch, the burner enters the self-test state. After about 30 seconds of self-test, the fan motor of the burner starts, and an electric spark is generated between the ignition electrode.

3. Pre-blowing: After about 13 seconds of pre-blowing, a section of oil pump motor starts, the electromagnetic valve of the oil pump opens automatically, and the oil mist sprayed by the nozzle is ignited by an electric spark to form a flame, and the section of fire burns normally.

4. Main flame establishment: the ignition is stopped about 10 seconds after the electric delay, the two-stage oil pump motor starts, the oil pump solenoid valve opens automatically, the two-stage fire starts to burn, the flame detector (electric eye) feels the brightness of the flame, the controller enters the locked state, and the burner enters the normal working state.

5 Shutdown or Disconnection: When the burner has been used or needs to be shut down, cut off the power supply and close the oil valve. Before parking the gas burner, all valves should be closed, and any liquid inside the equipment should be drained. All moving parts should be coated with anti-wear grease, and the surface of the equipment should be cleaned thoroughly. Cover the equipment with canvas to prevent dust and dirt from settling.

The above is the basic use of industrial burner. It should be noted that in the process of use, safety operation procedures should be strictly followed to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
