1. For the newly installed furnace body, carefully test whether the gas meets the requirements of the burner before commissioning; check whether the testing instrument on the gas supply road is normal and whether the pipe valve is opened and closed, and whether it is convenient for future use and maintenance.

2. For the newly installed pipelines, the installation reliability and the sealing ability of all pipelines should be carefully checked.

3. Users who use separate gasification stations should ensure that the gas supply and gas supply parameters meet the requirements of safe combustion.

4. Operators should read the equipment operation manual carefully and master the knowledge and methods of safe operation.

5. Check whether the gas valve is opened before each startup, otherwise the burner will not work.

6. Start the power control on the control cabinet. At this time, the digital display table shows the current temperature in the furnace, and the temperature of the xinan furnace body is the ambient temperature.

7. Start the fan control button, the fan installed on the furnace body will work, at this time, if the fan is damaged to the control cabinet, the automatic protection will not enter the next operation.

8. When there is no abnormal phenomenon in the combustion support fan, start the combustion control button. At this time, the combustion program controller will begin to work. It finally realizes safe combustion through ignition, gas supply, flame detection and other procedures through certain procedures.

9. When the combustion controller receives a signal that is not conducive to combustion (for example: ignition failure, air pressure instability, circuit problem) and other problems, the combustion controller will immediately turn off the gas and send an alarm signal.

10. If the combustion controller alarms, it must be manually reset by the operator after solving the fault to continue to work.

11. For the operation of the whole equipment, the operators shall refer to the furnace body safety operation rules and production process requirements.

12. When the control temperature needs to be adjusted according to the production process requirements, the operator should refer to the intelligent CNC table manual for adjustment.
