     ● The entire product is designed with a modular structure, making installation and wiring very convenient.

    ● High reliability, with minimal environmental impact.

    ● Instantaneous short circuits during ignition will not cause damage.

    ● It is compatible with the AFS258

    Installation Precautions

    ● The AT-08 should not be installed in the following environments:

    a. Areas with special chemicals or corrosive gases (such as ammonia, sulfur, chlorine, ethylene, and acidic gases).

    b. Water, damp air (temperature not exceeding 90%), or condensation.

    c. Places with high temperatures and frequent vibrations.

    ● The operating temperature of the ignition transformer should be between-20°C and +60°C. Do not operate it for extended periods at excessively high temperatures, as this can reduce its lifespan.

    ● Generally, the ignition transformer should be installed near the ignition burner. If the temperature near the ignition burner exceeds 60℃, install it further away from the burner.

    ● The yellow-green dual-color wire of the ignition transformer must be securely connected to the burner's casing and properly grounded.

     ● Ensure that the high-voltage output interface of the ignition transformer is tightly secured to prevent damage due to poor contact.

     ● To avoid interfering with other equipment, do not run the high-voltage output line of the ignition transformer through the same conduit as the signal lines of other devices; instead, use separate conduits for the wiring, and the length of the high-voltage line should not exceed 5 meters.

    ● Ensure that the ignition transformer's high-voltage output circuit is not short-circuited, as prolonged short-circuiting can cause permanent damage to the ignition transformer.
