    Replace the temperature probe

    • Be especially careful when replacing the probe, make sure to turn off the power to the burner and the furnace temperature does not exceed 40°C.

    • Remove the insulating material around the probe.

    • Replace with a new temperature probe and cover the removed insulation material again.

    Troubleshooting

    1. If the burner is locked:

    • Check that the burner inlet is not blocked

    • Check if the gas enters normally

    • Check if there is air flow interfering with the normal operation of the burner

    • Check if the air regulator is completely closed

    2. If the burner does not turn on: Dirt in the form of soot, flour, pizza dough, etc. may have fallen in

nearby electrical equipment and flame detection.

The cleaning procedure is as follows:

    — Shut off the gas pipe. From under the burner, loosen the bolts connecting the burner base.

    — Put down the burner (be careful not to bend or break the power supply and flame detection), and

pull it out through the hole.

    — Remove any dirt (purge with compressed air is recommended) and check that the distance

between the electrode and the burner is correct.

    — Reinstall the burner and ensure safety. If the problem persists, please contact the customer

    service center.

    3. If the flame is too low:

    — Please check whether the burner is equipped with the correct power supply type.

    — Check the nozzle and combustion air gap settings.

    4. If the flame is too yellow:

    — Confirm that the air gap is correct according to the type of burner configuration.

    — The air gap can be increased slightly until the flame is ideal, and only the upper part of the flame

    is yellow.

    5. If the flame is too light:

    — Confirm that the air gap is correct according to the type of burner configuration.

    — The air gap can be slightly reduced.
