●Application

The AIO series burner, paired with burner bricks, is suitable for a variety of industrial furnaces and gas heating systems (up to 1600℃). It is ideal for the steel industry, precious metals, non-ferrous metals, and light alloy industries, as well as the glass, refractory materials, ceramics, and enamel industries. It is also suitable for ore and rock drying industries, plastic, fiber materials, and papermaking industries, as well as drying equipment and hot blast stoves. The burner can be ignited using ignition electrodes, and flame detection can be performed using ion electrodes or UV ultraviolet light. When the furnace temperature is below 750℃, it is recommended to install a flame detection system.
