    Product Performance:

    The A-PRO self-preheating burner is the latest generation of high-efficiency burners, an upgraded version of the A-MAX series. Compared to the A-MAX series, the A-PRO uses CFD simulation technology to optimize and reconstruct the heat exchange structure, reducing weight while improving heat exchange efficiency by 15% and lowering flue gas temperature. The A-PRO shell is made using die-casting technology, making it lighter, stronger, and with less flow resistance.

    Features:

    1.Equipped with a built-in heat exchanger to recover residual heat, the combustion air can be preheated up to 650℃.

    2. Modular design allows for individual replacement and maintenance of each module.

    3. Suitable for both pulse and continuous control.

    4. Multi-stage combustion for more environmentally friendly burning.

    5. The electrode has a cooling air protection circuit and also features detection and ignition functions.

    6. Heat-resistant steel heat exchanger suitable for various heat treatment furnaces up to 1100℃.
