Industrial burners, commonly known as burners, come in various types, specifications, and types, including fuel oil, gas (coal gas), and coal (coal powder/coal water slurry). The application field is very wide, and burners are needed in industrial situations where fuel combustion is required to heat materials or reactions.

1,Before debugging the newly installed furnace body, it is necessary to carefully check whether the gas meets the requirements of the burner; Check whether the detection instruments on the gas supply pipeline are normal, whether the pipeline valves are open and closed normally, and whether they are convenient for future use and maintenance.

2. For newly installed pipelines, the installation reliability and sealing of all pipelines should be carefully checked.

3. Users using separate gasification stations must ensure that the gas supply volume and parameters meet the requirements for safe combustion.

4. Operators should carefully read the equipment manual and proficiently master the knowledge and methods of safe operation.

5. Before each startup, check if the gas valve is open, otherwise the burner will not work.

6. Turn on the power control button on the control cabinet, and the digital display will show the current temperature inside the furnace. The temperature of the newly installed furnace body is the ambient temperature.

7. Start the fan control button, and the fan installed on the furnace body will start working.

8,If the fan is damaged at this time, the control cabinet will automatically protect it from entering the next step of operation.

9,When there are no abnormal phenomena in the operation of the combustion fan, restart the combustion control button, and the combustion program controller will start working.

10,It will ignite, supply air, detect flames, and other programs through a certain program to ultimately achieve safe combustion. When the combustion controller receives signals that are not conducive to combustion (such as ignition failure, unstable air pressure, circuit problems), the combustion controller immediately shuts off the gas and sends an alarm signal. If the combustion controller alarms, it must be manually reset by the operator after the fault is resolved before it can continue to work.

11. The operation of the entire equipment should be carried out by the operator in accordance with the furnace safety operating procedures and production process requirements. When adjusting the control temperature according to the production process requirements, the operator should refer to the manual of the intelligent CNC table for adjustment.
