The working principle of a burner involves the mixing of gas and air, ignition, and combustion control processes;

Mixing of gas and air: Gas enters the mixing chamber through a control valve and mixes with air. The control of air volume is achieved through the air damper baffle. Some burner air dampers are installed at the inlet of the blower, while others are installed at the outlet of the blower.

Ignition system: The burner is equipped with a step-up transformer. After the primary is connected to the power supply, the secondary of the transformer generates high voltage (8000-14000V), which is sent to the ignition electrode through a high-voltage cable. The ignition electrode breaks through the air and discharges, forming an arc, which is ignited and sent into the mixed fuel.

Combustion control: The burner is equipped with an air pressure relay and a fire trap monitoring system. The air pressure relay is used to sense the size of the fan's air volume. When the air volume does not meet the pre-set requirements, the pressure relay disconnects the circuit, and the burner controller displays a fault and stops combustion, ensuring safe operation. The fire trap monitoring system performs detection before ignition and flame monitoring after ignition to prevent detonation.
