When connecting the peripheral circuit to realize automatic control of the boiler temperature, pressure, water level, etc., please wire according to the wiring diagram of the control system. The suction pipe should not be close to the bottom of the fuel tank, and should be kept at a distance of 80-120mm. The burner should be turned off before filling the oil tank, and the fuel can only be injected into the fuel tank after filtration, and the fuel can be restarted after 20 minutes of oil injection. The oil circuit system shall not leak oil and air. Check that the fuel tank is fully fueled before starting the burner.
2. The size of the damper should match the specification of the nozzle. When the burner is used, because the boiler is inconsistent with the boiler for commissioning when the burner leaves the factory, it is generally necessary to adjust the damper appropriately, and sometimes it is necessary to replace the nozzle with appropriate specifications and injection angles. The ambient temperature of the burner shall not exceed 70 °C, otherwise cooling and insulation measures shall be taken. When used in colder areas, appropriate insulation measures should be taken for the oil storage device and the oil supply and return pipeline system to prevent the oil circuit from being blocked due to freezing. At the same time, the burner control circuit part must not be subject to moisture or high temperature. Turn off the burner when sweeping the chimney.
3. The motor should be moisture-proof and avoid being used in a humid environment. The burner should be balanced when installed, and should be used horizontally or vertically, and inclined use should be avoided. When it is inconvenient to operate the burner directly, it should be connected to an external control switch and electrical protection device. Always check whether the connection of the burner and various parts is strong, whether it is loose, and whether the position has changed. When the burner is activated, it is strictly prevented from injuring people and destroying objects by the sudden flames.
