Different types of burners have different characteristics and application scenarios. The common types of burners and key points of use are as follows:

Burner type: High speed burner

Features: The fuel basically reaches full combustion in the first half of the combustion chamber or combustion tunnel, and the high temperature combustion products are ejected at a high speed of 100-300m/s. The furnace temperature is uniform and heating is fast; the flue gas temperature can be adjusted; the flame flow radiation ability is weak and the noise is large.

Application scenarios: Large heat treatment furnace, die forging heating furnace and other industrial furnaces with high requirements for furnace temperature uniformity.

Precautions: In order to obtain a high injection speed, the initial pressure of gas and air must be maintained above 2500Pa.

Burner type: Regenerative burner (RCB)

Features: Heat is recovered from the kiln flue gas through the heat storage ball to preheat the air, so as to achieve the purpose of alternating combustion and uniform heating. It is famous for low NOx emission and high combustion thermal efficiency.

Application scenarios: Forging furnace, heat treatment furnace, metal melting furnace and glass pool kiln, etc.

Precautions: The state of the heat storage ball should be checked regularly to ensure the heat storage and heat transfer effect.

Burner type: Self-suction burner (Venturi burner)

Features: Natural gas and liquefied natural gas can be used as fuel, and it belongs to the working principle of atmospheric pressure inhalation and low pressure injection.

Application scenario: Suitable for some occasions where the fuel pressure requirement is not high.

Precautions: Unreasonable design may lead to unsatisfactory combustion effect, and even affect normal production. Products with reasonable design should be selected.
