Gas burner system
The gas burner is mainly composed of five systems to support the boiler combustion:

Boiler body and related systems
boiler circuit
The deoxygenated water provides protection for the boiler and generates steam, producing superheated steam that carries heat for the turbine to perform work or supply heat. After being preheated by the economizer, the deoxygenated water enters the steam drum and cooling wall, where it is heated by high-temperature flue gas into unsaturated steam. It then undergoes further processing in the heater to produce superheated steam, part of which is used for work, while the rest goes into the temperature and pressure reduction system or is used for other auxiliary equipment.
Wind and smoke system
After purification and preheating, the air becomes hot air, which is mixed with gas to generate high temperature flue gas. The high temperature flue gas passes through each heating surface in turn, heating steam and preheating deoxygenated water and air, and finally is discharged to the chimney by the induced fan.
burning system
It is composed of gas (blast furnace gas, coke oven gas) system and combustion equipment. Gas and hot air enter the combustion nozzle in a certain proportion to mix and burn, and the furnace temperature is adjusted by adjusting the proportion and controlling the burner.
Temperature reduction and pressure reduction and public systems
The superheated steam is cooled and depressurized to meet different industrial heat requirements. Some of the steam is cooled and depressurized to become low temperature and low pressure steam, which is used for plant heating or other purposes.

Gas supply system
It is composed of natural gas pipeline, gas regulator and gas valve, etc., and provides gas fuel for the boiler body.
water management system
Including water supply pump, water treatment equipment, etc., its function is to purify the water, remove impurities and hardness in the water, prevent damage to the boiler.
Automatic control system
Some gas boilers use a Computerized Distributed Control System (DCS), consisting of an upper-level system and a lower-level system. The lower-level system is made up of Siemens PLC, which connects to on-site equipment; the upper-level system communicates with the lower-level system via Ethernet. The automatic control system uses relevant hardware and software to form a basic automation system, enabling human-machine communication to meet the requirements for automatic regulation and monitoring of parameters such as steam pressure and water level.
