Rx:

(1) Adjust the air pressure to the specified value

(2) Clean or repair the electromagnetic valve pipe joint

(3) Check whether the reset element is damaged and the motor current

(4) Check whether the water level, pressure and temperature are beyond the limit

2. The burner is immediately extinguished after ignition

failure cause:

(1) The air pressure is insufficient, the pressure drop is too large, and the gas supply flow is small

(2) The air volume is too small, the combustion is not sufficient, and the smoke color is thick

(3) The air volume is too large, and white gas appears

Rx:

(1) Adjust the air pressure and clean the filter screen

(2) Re-adjustment

(3) Re-adjust

3. The burner emits white smoke

failure cause:

(1) The air volume is too small

(2) The air humidity is too high

(3) The exhaust temperature is low

Rx:

(1) Reduce the air door

(2) Appropriately reduce the air volume and increase the air inlet temperature

(3) Take measures to improve the exhaust temperature
