1. First, choose according to the form of fuel:

Fuels are categorized into solid, liquid, and gaseous states. Solid fuels generally include coal, while liquid fuels typically consist of kerosene, diesel, residual oil, and waste oil; gaseous fuels encompass natural gas, town gas, and biogas. When selecting fuel for oil-fired boilers, attention should be paid to calorific value and density. For heavy oil, residual oil, and waste oil, viscosity, mechanical impurities, ash content, and pour point must also be considered. For gas-fired boilers, the focus should be on the calorific value, pressure, and density of the gas.

2. Select through the structure and performance of the boiler:

Generally, flames with good shape and fullness are selected to match the furnace structure. Air required for fuel supply at the base of the torch ensures rapid and uniform mixing of oil mist or gas with air, guaranteeing safe combustion. When selecting burners, special attention should be paid to the temperature and pressure of the furnace.

3. The selected burner should have a large range of adjustment and can burn stably under different working conditions.

4. The output power of the low nitrogen burner should match the rated output of the boiler.

5. The air pressure of the low nitrogen burner should take into account the resistance of the boiler itself and the resistance of the flue gas system.

6. The emission and noise of low nitrogen burner flue gas must meet the requirements of environmental standards.

7. For customers with special requirements for burners, they can be customized according to customer needs.
