When connecting peripheral circuits to achieve automatic control of boiler temperature, pressure, and water level, please follow the wiring diagram of the control system. The suction pipe must not be close to the bottom of the oil tank; it should maintain a distance of 80--120mm. Before adding oil to the tank, the burner should be turned off. Fuel must be filtered before being injected into the tank, and the burner can only be restarted after 20 minutes of oiling. The oil system must not leak oil or gas. Check if the fuel in the tank is sufficient before starting the burner.

Second, the size of the damper should match the nozzle specifications. When using the burner, due to inconsistencies between the boiler and the burner during factory calibration, it is generally necessary to adjust the damper appropriately. Sometimes, it may also be necessary to replace the nozzle with one of suitable specifications and spray angle. The operating temperature of the burner must not exceed 70; otherwise, cooling and insulation measures should be taken. In colder regions, appropriate thermal insulation measures should be applied to the oil storage system and the supply and return oil piping to prevent blockages caused by freezing. Additionally, the control circuit of the burner must not be exposed to moisture or high temperatures. Please turn off the burner when cleaning the chimney.

Three, the motor should be protected against moisture and avoid use in humid environments. When installing the burner, maintain balance; it is best to use it horizontally or vertically, avoiding tilting. If direct operation of the burner is inconvenient, an external control switch and electrical protection device should be installed. Regularly check the connections of the burner and its components for firmness, looseness, and any changes in position. When starting the burner, strictly prevent sudden flames from injuring people or damaging objects.
