Combustion performance characteristics
Fast combustion rate: The Venturi self-priming burner is flameless in form. It pre-mixes gas with air before combustion, making the burning process much faster than that of conventional burners. Due to the rapid combustion, hydrocarbons do not have time to decompose, resulting in little or no free carbon particles in the flame. As a result, the flame is either invisible or very short.
High combustion efficiency: a small excess air coefficient can make the gas completely burned, can provide a stable combustion environment, to ensure the quality and output of products.

Structure and design features

In addition, the pipeline design is simple, and there is no need for complicated pipeline valve design.
Air intake can be adjusted: The air control valve can move along the burner axis to change the air intake, allowing for the regulation of excess air as needed. When gas enters from the inlet, it is carried into the system by the high-speed gas flow through the air inlet. Since the diameter of the gas nozzle is fixed, when the gas flow increases, its velocity also increases, and the amount of air drawn in will automatically increase proportionally.
Avoid backfire and extinguishing: the unique throat tube design can avoid backfire and extinguishing, ensuring the safety of use.
