Burner, also known as "burning mouth", before the launch of thermal storage technology, the burner are conventional burner, widely used in metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical, ceramics and other industries. 1. 2. It is characterized by the gas is medium and low pressure (3 kPa ~ 10 kPa), the injection ejection position is in the head of the burner, the burner load * should not exceed 200 Nm 3, and the volume of the burner is much larger than that of other burner with the same load.

3. Atmospheric ejection: rely on the pressure of the burner gas to pilot the external air before entering the nozzle, and then pilot the external air or replenish the remaining oxygen through forced blast. Some or all of the oxygen required for combustion is emitted by the external air by the gas itself. It is characterized by gas * as high pressure (> 10 kPa), the injection ejection position is at the gas inlet and the burner head, the nozzle temperature is high and the flame is short. If fully premixed external air is burned, the burner head should be equipped with a water-cooling device.

4. Compressed air ejection type: relying on compressed air as the injection power, the injection fuel, part of the oxygen required for fuel is from the compressed air, and the rest of the air is from the high temperature air in the furnace. It is characterized by good flame rigidity and long flame.

5. Oxygen-rich combustion type: on the basis of blast air combustion type, oxygen-increasing equipment is added to the combustion-supporting air pipe to increase the oxygen content in the air from 21% to more than 30%. It is characterized by high flame temperature, improved combustion efficiency, and energy saving of more than 10%.

6. Pure oxygen combustion type (oxygen-rich): relying on pure oxygen to assist combustion, all the oxygen required for combustion is pure oxygen. Characteristic is the theory of combustion temperature greatly increased, because there is no other medium in combustion, high thermal efficiency, combustion, has a very good energy saving effect, generally more than 20%, due to the medium flow greatly reduced, burner volume is much smaller than conventional burner, but general gas mixed burner nozzle parts * water cooling device, to ensure that the nozzle can work for a long time.
