The working principle of the regenerative burner is to preheat the air by recovering the heat from the flue gas in the furnace, so as to achieve the purpose of alternating combustion and uniform heating.
The specific process is as follows: a regenerative burner system includes at least two burner, two accumulators, a heat recovery system and the corresponding control device. When one burner is burned with the hot air in the accumulator, the other burner functions as a smoke vent, and uses the smoking fan to pull out the hot air from the stove into the accumulator through the burner. When the heat is sufficient, the butterfly valve moves to convert the function of the two mouths. Whenever one burner is burning, the other helps the accumulator store heat. In heat exchange, the temperature of the exhaust gas in the pipeline is usually 150-200℃, so both the butterfly valve and the smoking fan can work safely and reliably for a long time.
